FAQ

What is included with my rental?

We are a full service operation! Your rental includes set up, full sanitation prior to use, and take down. We also deliver everything directly to you! There is a mileage fee of $0.75 per mile for two round trips if we deliver outside of Pierce or Norfolk, NE. After equipment is securely set up, we will cover the safety rules and equipment guidelines with you and make sure everything is in good working order before your event starts!

 

Can I rent a bounce house hourly or all day?

 

All pricing listed for our site includes up to 6 hours of rental time in one day. For outdoor events, we prefer to pick up before dark as much as possible. In spring and fall, we may pick up earlier depending on weather. Ether way, we aim to give you as much time for fun as possible! If you have questions let us know, we're happy to work with you!

Can I have inflatables inside or outside?

​

Absolutely! All of our pieces are able to be set up on grass, cement, or inside. If you are looking at an indoor rental, please contact us to discuss details. 

 

What kind of power is needed?

​

Each blower is about 20 amps and plugs into a standard 110 outlet. Ideally we plug each blower into its own power circuit. The blower must remain running during use. The amount of blowers needed varies per inflatable.

No power? No problem! We have generators to power your party. Talk to us about details.

How do I pay? 

Our preferred payment methods are cash or check. We can also accept credit/debit card or Venmo with a 5% convenience fee.

How are the inflatables insured for my event?

We have liability insurance. We can provide a copy of our policy to you and even have you listed as an additional insured on our policy. Please contact us to discuss details. 

 

What if inclement weather cancels or postpones my event?

 

If the weather is rainy or the wind is blowing above 20mph, our policy is to cancel or reschedule. As long as we don't set up, we don't charge!
